What is the Preferred Employer Program?
Our Preferred Employer Program is designed to thank employees of participating local employers by offering a special $500 move-in incentive when leasing an apartment home at Anson Crossing.
Who qualifies for the program?

What do I receive through the program?
Qualified applicants will receive a $500 incentive after applying, being approved, signing a lease, and moving into the community.
How do I qualify?

- Provide proof of employment during the application process.
- Complete the application and lease approval process.
- Move into the apartment home according to lease terms.
